According to D.Lgs, 196/2003, about the protection of people or other subjects, and referring to the use of personal information, we inform you that the personal information we will collect will be only use in respect of honesty, legality and transparency principles, and protecting your privacy and your rights.

WHO HOLDS PERSONAL INFORMATION

The "holder" of the personal information is the Legal Representative of the Consorzio per la Tutela dei Vini Valpolicella.


WHERE WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION

We record personal information are held in our server, at the official seat of the Consorzio per la Tutela dei Vini Valpolicella, and used by assigned technicians, assigned people and, sometimes, IT technicians while carrying on maintenance services.
Personal information collected through our web service is not shared nor spread.
Personal information we receive from users requesting information material (brochure, Cd-rom, newsletter, answers to questions, ...) are only used with the purpose of carrying out the required service. Collected personal information can only be forwarded to third parties, if this is needed to carry out the required service.

Users referring to the personal information have the right to obtain the confirmation or the denial of the existence of the personal information, they have the right to know the content and the origin and to verify the accuracy of the personal information, and they have the right to ask for the integration, the update or the modification of the personal information (art. 7 del d.lgs. n. 196/2003).
According to this article, the user has the right to ask for the cancellation of the personal information, to ask to make it anonymous or to block the personal information due to law infringement, and also to oppose to its use, according to the law.
